Test access early: We recommend that clients test the event link or app ahead of time to make sure there are no VPN or firewall issues. Grant permissions: When prompted, allow your browser to access your camera and microphone. Without these permissions, you may not be able to participate fully.

Troubleshooting steps: If you experience problems, try the following in order:

Refresh your browser or close and re-open the app.

Use Chrome if you aren’t already.

Close other applications and tabs.

Try an incognito window.

Disconnect from VPN.

Reboot your computer or mobile device.

If issues persist, try another device, and we can potentially troubleshoot further.
